Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Karate Training mobile application and website, operated by 2Fresh Studio. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Karate Training provides guided karate training sessions, programs and progress tracking. The content is for general fitness purposes and is not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program, and train within your abilities.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for every activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions and Free Trial

Some features require a subscription, billed through the App Store or Google Play. A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the stores under their own policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse the app or its content, and not to use it in any way that is unlawful or harms others.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, its programs, videos, voices, images and texts belong to 2Fresh Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright.

6. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, 2Fresh Studio is not liable for injuries resulting from training, nor for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time in the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
