Delete your Karate Training account
This page explains how to delete your Karate Training account and the data associated with it. Karate Training is developed by 2Fresh Studio.
Option 1 — Delete your account in the app
- Open Karate Training and sign in.
- Go to Me (bottom tab) → Settings (gear icon).
- Tap Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, then confirm again.
- Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out; your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email anthonypho.pro@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm and process the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, display name, sign-in identifiers (email, Apple, Google).
- Your profile: belt, level, goals, preferences, photo.
- Your training data: programs followed, sessions, history, progress, badges, custom workouts.
What is kept, and for how long
- Data is removed from our production systems within 30 days and from encrypted backups within 90 days.
- Purchase and subscription records are held by Apple or Google; we keep the minimal transaction record required by accounting and tax law (up to 10 years).
- Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
